Contact us

A question about one of the plugins, a bug you have run into, or something the readme does not answer: write to us here. Every message reaches the people who write the plugins, and the answer comes back by email.

  • Tell us which plugin, and what you expected to happen instead.
  • Your WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP versions help more than anything else.
  • The exact error text, if you have one. A screenshot works too.

Or ask in the open

Every plugin has its own support forum on WordPress.org. Questions other users might share are better asked there, where the answer stays readable for everyone.

Used only to answer you. Nothing else is sent to it.

A screenshot of what you see, or an exported log. Images, PDF, text and office documents are accepted; if the file is too big or the wrong kind, the form says so.

Your message, and any file you attach, goes to FormBlade, our own form backend, which stores it and emails it to us. We use it to answer you and for nothing else. Privacy policy.
